Brandi has achieved success for her clients by hard work, optimism and persistence. Brandi, although a native of Hillsboro, began her real estate career in the suburbs of Chicago in 2001 and gained valuable experience in residential, commercial, agricultural, and industrial real estate from working in the Chicago area and then later in the Western Illinois rural area. Brandi obtained her Brokers License in 2004, established Pike County Real Estate, Inc. in 2005, and sold her interest in the successful corporation before relocating back to Hillsboro in August 2007. In 2008, she purchased Montgomery County Realty and is now the Designated Managing Broker. In addition to providing real estate services, Brandi is also a Certified Appraiser and Licensed Auctioneer. Brandi and her husband Matt have three children; Carter, Ethan, and Reagan. Brandi is a 1997 graduate of Hillsboro High School and a 2000 graduate of the University of Illinois at Springfield where she earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. Brandi has completed numerous real estate, appraisal, and auctioneer continuing education courses to stay on top of the changing marketplace. Extensive knowledge, hard work, diligence and careful listening are all services that Brandi offers. Brandi strives to make every real estate transaction as smooth as possible. As Brandi’s past clients know, she is passionate about her career and goes the extra mile. Her enthusiasm for her community and its attributes are what drives her to succeed. In 2010, Brandi was named “Rising Star of the Year” by the Litchfield Chamber of Commerce. Brandi received her SFR (Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource) certification in April 2010 and is trained in assisting distressed homeowners. She also received her CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert) certification in December 2014. Brandi is a member of the Hillsboro Chamber of Commerce, the Litchfield Chamber of Commerce, Daughter’s of the American Revolution, and St. Paul’s Lutheran Church.
